Do you have Physical Stocks?
Yes. We have abundant physical stocks for most models in our warehouse. They are available for fast purchase and fast delivery.
Some products without physical stocks can be arranged after orders. Please feel free to contact us at any time for availability.
What's the MOQ for customized package?
In-stock products are available for single-unit purchases.
We offer flexible ordering options to accommodate individual or small batch orders, allowing you to buy exactly what you need without requiring large-scale purchases.
For products not in stock, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required, usually ranging from 500 to 1000 units.
The exact MOQ will vary depending on the product type and customization requirements. We recommend confirming the specific order quantity with us before placing an order to ensure your needs are met.
Is it possible to customize the LOGO?
Yes, we offer a variety of custom logo printing options:
- Single-color silk screen printing: The minimum order quantity for single-location, single-color logo silk screen printing is 1,000 units.
- Two-color, three-color, and full-color printing: For two-color, three-color silk screen printing, or full-color printing, please provide your design files and contact us for a quote. A sampling fee is also required.
- Laser engraving: The minimum order quantity for single-location logo laser engraving is 1,000 units, and a sampling fee applies.
- UV crystal and metal labels: The minimum order quantity is 100 units.
How long is the production time after orders?
If you order products without any logo or special package requirement, the orders can be ship out within 48 hours.
If you have your special requirements on color, logo, and package, the production time will be 7-14 days after orders details confirmed.
If you have a BIG BIG order, the production time will need to double check based on our current production capacity.
How long is the warranty?
Our bone conduction headphone products come with a 1-year warranty, covering material and workmanship defects.
During warranty period, our sales team are pleased to offer all supports you need on repair, replace, or refund.
